Elle O’Connor began her career beauty following from school where she first completed her NVQ Level 1,2 & 3 at Southport College. Working as an apprentice in training salons throughout the local area, Elle gained experience and a strong understanding for the industry that she desired to enter. Working in luxury five star spas, she perfected her experience in client care and customer service. Elle’s next venture was to complete her NVQ Level 4 in Advanced Beauty Therapy and business management, specialising in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation. 

Now having experience working with first class brands and delivering treatments at the highest standard, it felt natural that the next step in Elle’s career was to progress into training and to share her knowledge. Having completed a Level 3 award in education and training, Elle wanted to progress even further in order to provide her students the best teaching strategies possible. She decided to attend the University of Central Lancashire where she excelled in completing her Certificate in Education & Training. Over this period, Elle continued to develop her skills teaching in Southport College, quickly moving on to pass her knowledge and skills to students wanting to learn in the ever-growing industry of beauty. She then went onto complete her Assessors course and has been an assessor in the Beauty Industry for over four years.

Finally after 11 years in the industry, Elle’s passion has led her towards opening her own business in Beauty Therapy & Training. With a proven passion for learning and developing her own professional skills, Elle has excelled in all aspects of her treatments and training career and hopes that she can help you to achieve your goals too!
