Our policy for appointment & Training Deposits

Please note that all deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
Please note eyebrow and eye lash tinting, eyelash extensions & Lash lift treatments will require a patch test 24-48 hours before the treatment, it is your responsibility to arrange with the salon and training provider. Failure to do so we will refuse your appointment or model and deposit will not be refunded.

Our policy for training. 

You are required to bring your own model with you to all training courses failure to do so your training will be canceled and you will loose your deposit.

Please read the patch test requirements and ensure you get in touch to arrange a time for your models.

We always work to our highest standard of treatments and training and we ensure to meet the Equality & Diversity Act 2010. 
All data held is met with the Data Protection Act 2018 ensuring we met security of all personal data.
We comply with the  Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and are up to date with all current changes within all legislations.
